The following data table shows the top 100 highly Top Co-dependencies genes after the was knocked out by CRISPR-Cas9 technology. The figure shows the genes with a correlation greater than 0.4 or the top 30 genes with a correlation, which are presented according to the distribution of GO clusters associated with cuproptosis. Genes related with cuproptosis in our database are marked in Blue green.

The larger the value of correlation, the stronger the correlation or co-dependence between the two genes.The presence of others GO indicated that the gene was not one of the cuproptosis related go in our study.
