- The heatmap illustrates the correlation between modules and cancer phenotypes. Clicking on a module will show the correlation of Module Membership (MM) and Gene significance (GS) for each gene within that module. In the top left corner of the drill-down graph, clicking "Module trait relationship" will return to the heatmap.

Based on the decipherment of diagnostic biomarkers, immunobiomarkers and risk assessment factors, this module allows to query NADC of interest to show the key gene sets and their expression profiles, functional annotations, interaction networks and correlations with phenotype. This helps to understand the underlying causes and mechanisms of NADC development.
