Key indicators with potential risk for the occurrence of NADC among PLWH
Given the theories of immunosuppression, chronic inflammation, and viral interactions, NADCdb systematically identifies key factors for NADC-specific dysregulation. Combined with clinical biomarkers, a risk assessment model called "rNADC" was constructed by deciphering the normal expression profile. A tool of the same name (also known as the rNADC-tool) has also been developed to assess the degree of risk of NADC development in PLWH based on the uploaded genes or factors.
