Given that three main theories including immunosuppression, chronic inflammation and oncogenic pathways, NADCdb systematically identified a set of pivotal factors with specific dysregulation for KIRC and BRCA. A risk assessment model named "rNADC" was constructed by deciphering the normal expression profiles and their regulatory biological pathways, which achieved an impressive accuracy of 85.7% in an external validation cohort. A tool with the same name (also known as rNADC) has also been developed to assess the risk degree of NADC development in PLWH according to the uploaded genes or factors.
