Gene Case

Detailed annotations, expression profiles, phenotype correlations and biological functions in 23 NADC types

Based on the decipherment of diagnostic biomarkers, immunobiomarkers and risk assessment factors, this module allows to query gene symbol of interest to show the expression profiles, functional annotations and gene-phenotype correlations. This will help to elucidate the potential biological roles and functional mechanisms of target gene involved in development of 23 NADC types.
