Compared to the general population, the vast majority (30/40) of NADCs showed increased standardized incidence rates (SIR) in PLWH. "dNADC" was developed to explore the potential diagnostic biomarkers for NADC. Key gene features, defined as dysregulated expressed genes (DEGs) in both PLWH and cancer patients, and the portion of upstream regulators of cancer DEGs that coincided with HIV DEGs, were employed to construct the diagnostic model using RF and CIT. The accuracy rate was higher than 75% in 11 of the 16 cancers. It is even higher than 90% in KICH and UCEC.
