Diagnosis Model

Key genes with potential influence on the development of NADC among PLWH

Compared to the general population, the vast majority (30/40) of NADCs showed increased standardized incidence rates (SIR) in PLWH. "dNADC" was developed to explore the potential diagnostic biomarkers for NADC. Key gene features, defined as dysregulated expressed genes (DEGs) in both PLWH and cancer patients, alongside the upstream regulatory factors within the HIV DEGs, were employed to construct the diagnostic model using RF and CIT. 10-fold cross-validation showed an accuracy of more than 80% in 13 out of 16 cancer types.
